We are creating a new innovative “Consultor” within the construction industry to provide a new fresh approach embracing numerous years on successful learning and a few mistakes.
 
We are taking this experience and combining it with innovation, on and off site collaborative working practices and blending it with young fresh ideas and ongoing moving technology.
 
We want to re-energise a passion we have in others to follow and lead the industry forward.

Our Directors

Gary Saunders
40 years experience in the field of modern methods of construction and off site manufacture. As the founder and managing director of Swift Horsman , Gary has a hard earned background in this field, its pitfalls, its good working practice and the intelligence to see issues before they become costly. Projects delivered include New Parliamentary Building and various high rise schemes with Mace, Lend Lease and Stanhope.

Kevin Linnane
Bsc (Hons), DipQS, FCIOB, MAPM, Chartered Construction Manager – 30 year construction experience and proven delivery skills on projects.
Over the last 9 years as Operations Director for Ellmer Construction Delivered schemes from the Cutty Sark through to the reconfiguration and delivery of over 980 units at the East Village (Olympic Village post games) as an example.

Brendan Morrissey
30 years experience in a construction related industries, especially the telecommunication and cabling delivery on projects throughout the UK and Ireland.
After selling his stake of Waterlands to Laing O Rourke, Brendan has invested and is actively involved in property development and the Artel group of companies.
